Transportation
Beginning with the grower and continuing through to the end user, proper cold chain is the best way to get the most out of your floral product. Transportation probably has the largest impact on cold chain management and with many options available, the most direct, quickest, temperature-controlled method is your best choice. Business Hours
The following are normal business hours. Adjustments to normal hours may be made due to holidays and weather. Lunch and break hours may vary within departments.
General Operating hours: 6:30 am- 4:00 pm
General Office hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Sales Office hours: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
Shipping and Receiving hours: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
(closed from 9:00-9:15 am & 11:30 am-12:00 noon)
Shipping Cut-off Times
Time is needed to place, pack and ready an order before product is released. The following cut-offs are the general times of when orders must be complete and ready for release.

Pick up Orders Only: 1:00 pm (must be picked up by 3:00 pm)
